Q: What must I do to be able to enjoy the CSX offering?

CSX must consist, at minimum, of an account and a Debit Mastercard. As the card issuer, Swisscard AECS GmbH has additional requirements for CSX credit cards, which are listed on the factsheet . Contact your client advisor or visit one of our branches .

Q: What is the price of the CSX all-in-one banking?

For CSX, the price is made up of the prices of the accounts and cards you have selected. You therefore only pay for what you have selected. Details of the prices can be found in the factsheet . The fees are charged to the CSX Current account in CHF on a quarterly basis.

Q: How do I add or remove individual CSX products?

You can make changes directly in Online & Mobile Banking. Depending on which products you already use, you can make the following changes: Open extra accounts or request additional Debit Mastercards. Change your Debit Mastercard cash withdrawal option. Open CSX Plus, CSX Pro, and CSX Platinum credit card lines.

Credit Suisse offers beneficial pricing conditions on CSX product combinations for everyone between ages 12 and 26. What must I do to be able to enjoy the CSX offering?

What products are available for selection within CSX?

Depending on your CSX account type, you can select

additional current accounts in 21 currencies and add to them Debit Mastercards with different ATM withdrawal options:
- The black Debit Mastercard comes with the option of cash withdrawals at any ATM in Switzerland or including cash withdrawals only at Credit Suisse/UBS ATMs.
- The white Debit Mastercard includes no ATM cash withdrawals.
You can also add up to three savings accounts.
If you are over 18, you can choose between the CSX Plus, CSX Pro, and CSX Platinum credit card.
